Had an appetising meal in the bar. Everyone was welcoming and consistently courteous. Its location was central, near Coronation Clock Tower. It was located in a lovely area near shops.

Convenient location for Hampton Court and surrounding area. Reasonable choice of restaurants within walking distance. Clean smart rooms.
At night the lounge bar becomes very noisy indeed - not music but just a large volume of people. However, we had asked for, and been given, a quiet room and were not bothered by it.

Noise (music) from the public bar area kept me awake into the early hours of Saturday and Sunday morning. Level of lighting in the room was too low. There was no shaving point or shaving mirror in the bathroom. On checking in, there was no offer of newspapers, wake-up call or other services. Only short term metered parking close to the hotel.

The rain shower was AMAZING! Super refreshing after a long day. the room was massive and super comfy. Just wish the breakfast offered a full English option instead of just continental. 🤔
